Garden Studio

A private space where you’re seen, understood, and cared for — not just another name on a class list.

Personalised Sessions in a Private Setting

At our Garden Studio, every session takes place in a small, private space designed for real attention — never a crowded room, never a rushed hour. Whether you’re joining a small group or working one-to-one, each plan is built around your body, your history, and where you are right now in your recovery or practice.

Regular Classes

Small Group Sessions — £12 per session (max 3 people)

Our regular classes are kept deliberately small — a maximum of three people per session — so everyone still gets individual correction and attention, not just a general workout. It’s the group energy of a class with the care of something much more personal.

Specialist Therapeutic Programmes

For clients recovering from injury or surgery, and those managing:

  • Spinal and back conditions
  • Pelvic area recovery after surgery
  • Balance and coordination difficulties

Pricing:

  • 2 people — £20 per person
  • 3 people — £18 per person

Specialist sessions are grouped by shared need — for example, a session made up entirely of clients working on lower back pain — so the programme, pacing, and exercises stay relevant to everyone in the room. This keeps the support targeted and clinically focused, while still offering the encouragement of working alongside others going through something similar.

Individual Sessions

£35 per session

One-to-one sessions begin with a full postural assessment and movement pattern analysis, so your programme is built entirely around what your body actually needs — not a generic template. From there, every session is adjusted as you progress, with complete focus on your goals, limitations, and recovery timeline.

FAQ

What is Pilates rehabilitation and how does it differ from regular Pilates exercise?

Pilates rehabilitation is a specialized form of Pilates tailored to individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Unlike regular Pilates, which focuses on general fitness, Pilates rehab is slower-paced, highly personalized, and often used in clinical settings alongside physical therapy.

How can Pilates rehab support recovery from injuries or surgery?

It strengthens deep stabilizing muscles, improves alignment, and enhances joint mobility without putting stress on the body. This promotes safe healing, reduces re-injury risk, and speeds up recovery by gradually rebuilding strength and control.

In what ways does Pilates rehab improve posture, flexibility, and core strength?

Pilates rehab focuses on precise, controlled movements that target core muscles, support spinal alignment, and gently stretch tight muscles. Over time, this leads to better posture, increased flexibility, and a stronger, more stable core.

Why is Pilates rehab considered beneficial for people with chronic pain or limited mobility?

It offers low-impact, adaptable exercises that reduce pressure on joints and allow for gentle strengthening. This makes it safe and effective for managing chronic pain conditions like back pain, arthritis, or fibromyalgia, while also improving mobility and function.
